You'll lead high-priority campaigns, manage substantial budgets, and provide strategic direction to both internal teams and senior artist stakeholders. You will excel at working with artists and management at all career levels.

As Associate Creative Director, Copy, you'll lead messaging strategy aligned with brand values. This means leaning into bold themes, challenging pet industry conventions, and sparking culture-disrupting conversations. Responsibilities include developing brand voice, leading creative concepting, defining copy development, and managing copywriters.
